Terms & Conditions

• Please arrive to dance class on time
• Children should be wearing appropriate clothing for their dance class
• Long hair should be tied up
• Dancers must bring a drink to their class, no fizzy drinks please.
• Children should use the toilet before their dance class begins. Teachers are unable to accompany children to the toilet and are not responsible for them if they leave the studio to use the toilet or any other reason. Please stay on site if your child requires help using the toilet.
• All dancers are expected to behave appropriately during their class, any dancer who behaves disruptively will be asked to leave the class.
• If you are unable to attend a class, please notify your teacher ahead of time.

Payments

• Payments must be made prior to classes being attended.
• Payment must be made through our booking system ClassforKids
• In the case of a class being cancelled, we will endeavour to provide a catch up class or offer a refund. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather or 'acts of god' cannot be refunded.
• All classes during term time must be paid for, if your child is unable to attend for any reason, no refund can be offered.
• If you are unable to pay your fees, please get in touch with us to discuss.
